VIXX Fanfic - Yeojawa Namja

Synopsis: You are a trainee for a small agency in Seoul hoping to debut. Your company has you and your group members, 5 other girls, living in a dorm while training. Then one day the company signs on a new boy group and moves them into the same dorm. Will the girls and the boys be able to live under the same roof? What types of awkward or hot situations will they get themselves into?

In a practice room of a talent agency in Soeul, six girls have been practicing their dance choreography for over 8 hours straight. Eun Jung, the self-proclaimed leader of the group, is explaining and demonstrating points in the choreography to Jin Ae, the maknae of the group, who has been messing them up rather frequently. You, Do Rang, Hei Ryung, and Soo Min are taking this opportunity for a much needed break.
You flop down on the couch in the back of the practice room next to Do Rang, your closest friend of all the members in your group.  You pick up your water bottle from the floor and guzzle quite a bit of it.
Maybe if I drink enough, then I can get out of more of this by taking bathroom breaks, you think to yourself.
It has already been three weeks since your group was put together by the agency, but it seems like you are no closer to debuting. Then, as if by cue, your manager enters the practice room and claps his hands together to gain everyone's attention, which is effective as you all perk up.
"All right everyone!" he shouts above the music which immediately gets turned off. "That's enough for today. It's time to head back to the dorm."
Everyone gathers their belongings and heads towards the changing room where you all shower and change into your street clothes.

You walk out to the van, dragging your feet, with Do Rang hanging on your shoulders as you both whine about how sore and tired you are from practicing so long. You both climb into the back third row of the van and almost immediately drift off to sleep with your heads leaning together.
You wake to a gentle shaking and look up to see Jin Ae motioning for you to get out. You look out the window and notice that you are already at the dorm. You reach over and gently shake Do Rang awake.
"Do Rang-ah, il-eona," you whisper sleepily.
You push her up as she rubs her eyes wearily and then you climb over the seat in front of you and out the open door. You look up at the 3-story house that you have called home for the past three weeks and stretch your arms as you wait for her to climb out of the van.
It is modern and sleek with all the amenities needed. The first floor holds a large sunken living room on the right and a wide open kitchen and dining room on the left. Under the stairs, there is a bathroom and small room that holds the washing machine and dryer for laundry. In the back corner is the manager's bedroom. Then on the second floor, there are two large rooms and a full bathroom.
Do Rang, Soo Min, and yourself share one room while the other three members share the second room. The third floor has two large rooms and a full bathroom as well which are used for other training members, but currently they are vacant, although you are too tired to notice how the lights are on upstairs right now.
You turn and help Do Rang climb out of the van and then carefully slide the door closed. She begins to whine about her leg pains as she climbs the stairs and you brace her from behind pushing her up. You glance over at the parking spot and happen to notice a second van parked next to the one you were in. It strikes you as odd, but you are too busy with Do Rang and the pleasing image of curling up in bed to really concern yourself too much with it.
As you two enter the house and remove your shoes in the entryway, Do Rang scoots over to the nearest couch and flops down face first.
"Do Rang-ah," you whine as you try to pull her up. "One more flight of stairs and then you can sleep."
She moans something into the couch cushion but you can't make it out.
"Do Rang-ah, ppalli ppalli gaja," you plead as you pull on her some more.
You yank hard at her until she finally gets up whining the whole way. You ignore her and proceed to push her up the final flight of stairs and into your shared bedroom. Giving in to your exhaustion, you both collapse, without even pulling out the bed rolls and blankets and instead using them for your pillows.

A soft yellow light beams in through the cracks of the curtains signaling the morning has arrived, and lands on your face.
You moan and rub your eyes before stretching out the length of your body. You feel stiff and sore from the beating you gave your muscles yesterday and they are screaming today because of it.
You peek over and notice Do Rang still asleep with an arm and a leg tossed over you. You chuckle and wiggle out from under her limbs continuing to stretch the sleep from your own body. You remove your jacket that you had kept on all night and toss it into your side of the closet before heading out to the bathroom.
After you finish washing the sleep off and grooming yourself briefly, you head back into your room to try and wake Do Rang. You slide across the floor and sidle up next to her. You give her shoulder a gentle shake which causes her to groan and swat at you.
"Do Rang-ah," you call as you give her shoulder a harder shake. "Do Rang-ah, il-eona. If you keep laying like this, then it will hurt worse. Come on, get up."
She groans louder, but promptly sits up which puts in focus her slightly outrageous bedhead. "Okay, okay. I'm up," she whimpers sleepily.
You help pull her to her feet and then go over to pull the curtains wide open. You hear a hiss from behind you as Do Rang lunges for the closet door.
"I'm not that awake yet," she hisses from the darkness.
You laugh but leave the curtains open.
"Oh, come on. It's not that bad. Gaja, I smell breakfast."
You playfully give Do Rang a small tap on her behind before walking out of the room. As you reach the top of the stairs, you hear a light thud come from the third floor. You quizzically look up as you know there are no occupants on that floor.
Eun Jung yells for you and Do Rang from the kitchen below as the inviting smells of food waft up into your nose. The other members can be heard bustling around below and your belly begins to rumble loudly as it calls out for food.
"Coming," you shout as you skip down the stairs and into the kitchen.
The others are busy setting the table with the plates and side dishes so you grab a seat and wait patiently.
"Where's Do Rang," Eun Jung asks you.
"Oh, she's just waking up. She'll be down in a minute," you answer as you reach out with your chopsticks for some food only to be swat away by Eun Jung.
You stick the end of your chopsticks in your mouth and give your best pouty face, but you are immediately ignored by her as she grabs more place settings for the table. You look around at how many she has put out and begin to count.
"Um, Eun Jung-unnie? Don't you have too many sets," you question as you finish counting 12 sets total.
They all fit on the table though since this house was furnished to house up to 20 trainees at a time. At its peak, it actually held more than this, but now it's just a shell of what it used to be housing only you six and your manager.
Eun Jung simply smiles while continuing what she is doing.
You sit quietly in your confused bubble sneaking pieces of food behind Eun Jung's back. You hear soft footsteps rapidly coming down the stairs and Do Rang beams into the room, taking the seat next to you.
"Good morning," she singsongs as she also picks up her chopsticks and swipes a mouthful of food before Eun Jung can stop her.
"Ya! Geumanhae," she yells at you two. "We have to wait until everyone is seated."
You and Do Rang exchange smirks as the other members snicker. They all take their seats to your right leaving the other side of the table empty.
"But we're all here now," Do Rang whines and picks up another mouthful.
Just then more footsteps are heard coming down the stairs. A parade of six flower boys glides down the staircase and around the table each standing behind a chair across the table from you and your members.
You practically drop your chopsticks as you stare at them. Soo Min reaches up and pushes your mouth closed. You didn't even realize it had fallen open.
"Annyeonghaseyo," the boys say in unison with a bow.
Your group does the same in response, although you are a bit behind. Eun Jung then gestures over to you and Do Rang.
"These are our last two members that you didn't get to meet last night," she says.
You blink rapidly at her as you are stunned to learn that they had been here last night even though you can't remember seeing them, but then you think of how tired you two were. You and Do Rang greet the new guys with a bow and introduce yourselves.
They greet you back and rattle off their names down the line from left to right.
Ravi, N, Hyuk, Hongbin, Ken, and Leo, you repeat in your head trying to remember each of their names in order.
They take their seats and the meal begins. Do Rang and the others gladly start digging in, but you are more unnerved with a line of handsome boys sitting in front of you.
You have never been good around boys, because you grew up in a household with two sisters so you don't have much experience with the opposite sex. You take small bites and keep your face down most of the meal as the others cheerily eat and talk at the same time.
Suddenly you hear one of the boys call your name and your head snaps up to see everyone looking at you. Immediately your hand goes to cover your mouth out of embarrassment hoping nothing is on your face.
"Waeyo," you ask nervously.
"Oh, you are too cute. You are being so quiet," the handsome boy named N says to you. "Is everything alright?"
"Nen, gwaenchanh-a," you answer and look back down at your food.
"Oh, otakaji," Ken says cutely holding his hands in little balls up by his face. "She is so much like Leo-hyung. Don't you think?"
He looks around at his other members and they all begin to nod laughingly.
You look up and find the only one that isn't nodding. He's sitting directly across the table from you and you remember that his name is Leo. He is also looking down at his food and brings his hands up to cover his face.
Everyone continues to eat and talk and thankfully leaves you out of their conversation.
Occasionally, you glance up at Leo though and a few times even catch him looking over at you, but then you both look away quickly.

After breakfast, you and Do Rang are on clean up duty since the others cooked, but Ken and Leo offer to help as well.
You pile some dishes in the sink and start filling it with hot soapy water.
Do Rang and Ken continue to bring more dishes from the table as Leo comes next to you and starts washing. You both stand next to each other quietly washing and only exchange silent glances when you bump shoulders.
"Ooh, ooh, ooh-takaji," you hear Ken exclaim behind you two, causing you and Leo to turn your heads to look at him.
Him and Do Rang are leaning against the counter facing you and you realize that they have been there watching you two this whole time. Do Rang is giving you a strange look with her eyes and you can't figure out her meaning.
"W-waeyo," you stutter questioningly as you blink at them.
Ken spins around with his hands up to his face and make some kind of 'oh' noise.
You look up at Leo with a questioning expression, but he just shrugs and goes back to washing. You look back at Do Rang and she gives you a kissy face and points at Leo.
"Ya," you exclaim.
You flick some water at her and she runs away dramatically. You can feel your face and ears turn slightly red as you quickly get back to washing.
